George Ogoti  is internationally  recognized  performance Improvement Specialist who has provided Management System solutions for over 1000 companies in  Namibia, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Uganda Tanzania, South Africa, Malawi  and Rwanda . He is an ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000,  ISO /IEC27001, ISO/IEC 22301, ISO 17025, ISO 37701, ISO 13485,, ISO 15189,  ISO 26000, HACCP, FSSC22000, ISO 50000, ISO 55000,   and 27701 Lead Implementer/ auditor and trainer; and has conducted audits on a wide variety of management systems in the Aviation, Electronic, Food ,  IT, telecom, manufacturing, oil and gas, banking, regulatory, maritime, revenue administration, security, training, hospitality and construction sectors of the economy among other fields. He an accomplished business re-engeering expert and carbon management specialist. He has worked for over 42 years in government and private capacity. He is legendary in delivery of an improved performance management through organizational audits. He is reckoned as one of renown vulnerability assessment and penetration testing expert (VAPT) and disaster recovery planner

He is MS auditor for Quality, Occupation Health Safety Environmental, Laboratory accreditation, Information security, Food Safety, Forest Stewardship, IT and Business Continuity Management Systems.  He founder member of KENAS, Certified  Management System , a technical expert for  Management Consultancy Services In various countries,  consultant for ENVISA,  France, a fellow of the Quality Management Association of Kenya (QMAK)  , a fellow and founder of the  Quality Society of Kenya   (QAK), a Member of Institute of Risk Management (IRM, Kenya) , Senior Expert, Mireuax Management SOLUTIONS- automation solutions,   a board advisory member of REACT and AAPS . He has helped organizations scope out new opportunities, identify issues and create solutions for continual improvement through the deployment of performance improvement technologies and tools in line with international best practices. He created the MMCAFRICA academy for high level delivery, He has worked for UN agencies, partners across the board for over 42 years.

He holds BSc and MSc degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nairobi, Kenya (1981) and TUM, Berlin  (1985) respectively; virtual course certificates in Management, Leadership and Entrepreneurship,  attended several other training programmes in different countries and huge number of Webinars. He also delivers Webinar .

He is currently the Managing Director and Principal Consultant Millenium Management Consultants  Limited (MMCAFRICA), a firm that provides management consulting services in all scopes. He is married to Anne ; they have 4 children , 5 grandchildren and resides in Nairobi, , Kenya.
